Flat Saws feature a diamond blade that is mounted on a walk behind machine. They
are used to remove concrete sections for demolition purposes, remove damaged pavement sections and to prepare cracks for repair.
Wall Sawing
Wall sawing employs a hydraulically driven, diamond blade saw, mounted on a track. The track is attached to a steep
incline or horizontal wall that would not permit the use of a flat saw. Track sawing allows precise cutting to door, window
and vent openings.
Diamond Cutting Systems
Diamond cutting systems are fast and require fewer operators, compared to conventional
concrete removal systems. Diamond cutting allows pre-outage work to be accomplished. Diamond cutting systems allow for precise
cutting, which eliminates or limits patchwork. Diamond cutting is vibration free and allows the removal of large amounts of
concrete, while maintaining structural integrity.
Core Drilling
Core drilling techniques are used when precise, circular
cuts are needed. Core drilling is commonly used to create holes for routing pipes and cables, or installing anchoring devices,
or for analysis of concrete structures, rock or strata.
